Dr Mairi Macdonald-Woolley
Counselling Psychologist
Mairi is an experienced and compassionate mental health professional, having worked in statutory adult mental health settings for over 15 years, as well as with specialist third sector organisations (including substance use, veteran, and children and young people).

Working within a pluralistic approach, she draws on psychological therapies collaboratively agreed with clients. These may include cognitive-behavioural and person-centred approaches, among others. She invites clients to work with her in building a shared understanding of their difficulties.

Laura Key
Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology
Laura has over 18 years of experience working within NHS and 3rd sector mental health services with adults with a range of issues. These include anxiety (phobias, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), social anxiety, panic, health anxiety); depression and low mood; low self-esteem; bereavement; relationship issues; life transitions and PTSD/complex trauma.

Laura specialises in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), cognitive behavioural analysis system of psychotherapy (CBASP), cognitive therapy (CT) for PTSD, and narrative exposure therapy (NET). She believes that building a safe, trusting and accepting, genuine relationship with clients is integral.

Laura designs individual treatment plans so that people can benefit from a tailored approach.

Registered with IPT UK as an accredited IPT practitioner and supervisor.

Sarah Tudor
Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology
Sarah has worked in mental health settings for 20 years and has been working within NHS adult mental health services since 2009. Sarah specialises in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and uses compassion focused and cognitive analytic approaches in her work with clients.

Sarah offers trauma-informed psychological therapy for a range of difficulties, including:
•Anxiety, including social and health anxiety, panic attacks, phobias and OCD
•Difficulties during the perinatal period and adjustment to parenthood
•Depression and low mood
•Disordered eating and eating disorders
•Low self-esteem and difficulties with confidence
•Relational difficulties that may impact work or study
