Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)

An attachment-focused psychotherapy that focuses on you and your relationship to others. It carries the central idea that our psychological symptoms can be a response to difficulties in our daily social interactions.

Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT)

A collaborative therapy which looks at current behaviours, thoughts, feelings, aiming to link them to the events and relationships that lie beneath them.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

Aims to connect you with the interpersonal world you live in and achieve more desirable outcomes in social relations.
